Terms & Conditions:
  1. The furniture pickup will be free of charge, courtesy Duroflex, based on the pickup availability in your zone. In case of multiple pieces of furniture, the charges for additional items would be borne by the customer.
  2. Doorstep pick-up is available in limited areas of Bengaluru currently.
  3. Pick-up of donation requests are subject to:
    1. Your address falling in the defined pick up area of the nearest NGO partner.
    2. Availability of the slot in your zone as per your desired pickup dates.
    3. Your donations should be in reusable condition (pest-free).
  4. The status of your pick up request would be informed to you via e-mail.
  5. Duroflex and SADS reserve the right to modify, alter, or withdraw the campaign terms at any time without prior notice.
