How to Schedule a pickup?
Go to our Home page and enter your location.
Choose the option that you want to avail- Doorstep pickup (to avail a pickup) or Drop off (in case you want to drop off the items yourself).
Select a convenient slot, fill in your details, and schedule a pickup.
A convenience fee is charged for each pickup.

Clothing items like shirts, pants, dresses, skirts, jackets, etc. (in all sizes) are accepted as long as they’re in reusable condition, properly washed, and free from stains and tears.
Clothes should be clean and preferably washed; ironing is optional. We do not accept clothing that is heavily soiled, stained, torn, or in poor condition. Clothing with missing buttons, broken zippers, or damage that cannot be easily repaired. Undergarments and single socks.

Accessories that are heavily worn, damaged, or in poor condition.
Household Textiles
Curtains, bedsheets, pillow covers, towels, etc., are in reusable condition.

While we accept a wide variety of clothing items, it’s essential that all donations are gently used, clean, and in good wearable condition. Clothes that are stained, torn, or excessively worn out cannot be passed on. So, a quick check before packing goes a long way!
